Smith Maker
Generated-not-drawn infrastructure for running a print shop — or a headquarters.
Labels. Organizers. Systems. The unglamorous infrastructure that decides whether an operation runs like an operation or a junk drawer with ambition.
What makes Smith Maker different is that the products aren’t drawn — they’re generated. Every set comes out of a governed pipeline, so every label agrees with every other label, every variant is reproducible, and the files themselves know what they are.
You don’t have to care how they’re made. They work either way. But if you do care, you’re our kind of people.
Smithible
The format underneath everything: artifacts that carry their own documentation inside themselves.
A Smithible is not a file. A Smithible is not a script. It’s a self-describing artifact bundle that carries its own instructions inside itself.
It’s tool-agnostic by design, built to be read and changed by systems that don’t exist yet.
BadPrompts
The governed layer that routes work across the workforce — with the guardrails on.
Every command runs through the guardrails before anything happens. A request that’s allowed runs clean. A request that isn’t fails loud, and on the record.
It’s the difference between an operation and an accident waiting to be audited.
Geonosis
The public yard — maker projects and language tools, out in the open.
The open side of the operation. Geonosis hosts the maker projects and the language tools, public on GitHub for anyone who wants to build with them.
